Returns

• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or resistance, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.
